Terms of Service

MotorVim · Effective October 15, 2026

Operator: MotorVim, Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
Contact: [email protected]

These terms govern the use of the MotorVim platform (the “Service”) by the dealership that opens an account (the “Dealership”). By using the Service, the Dealership agrees to these terms.

1. The Service

MotorVim is a dealer management platform that provides inventory management, a dealership website, marketplace feeds, leads and CRM tools, reporting, and optional paid add-on services (such as AI lead response, QuickBooks Sync and extra document storage), as described on our website and in the product. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

3. Subscriptions and billing

4. Acceptable use

The Dealership agrees not to misuse the Service — including by using it for unlawful purposes, entering data it has no right to use, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, interfering with the Service’s operation, or using the Service in a way that violates the rights of others. Each Dealership remains responsible for its own regulatory and legal obligations in its vehicle sales and advertising.

5. Intellectual property and data

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services the Dealership chooses to connect (for example marketplace feeds and Intuit QuickBooks Online). Those integrations are provided through the third parties’ own platforms, are subject to their terms, and MotorVim is not responsible for their availability or operation.

7. Availability and warranty

We work to keep the Service reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotorVim’s total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees the Dealership paid to MotorVim in the twelve months before the claim, and MotorVim is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales.

9. Termination

Either party may end the subscription as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate an account for misuse of the Service or non-payment. On termination, access to the Service ends; the Dealership may request an export of its data within a reasonable period, after which data may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this address with its effective date, and material changes will be communicated to account holders.
